Ricky Harrison, a native of Dallas, grew up at Buckingham UMC and FUMC Richardson. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Religion from McMurry University. After graduating in 2017 with a Master of Divinity at Duke Divinity School, Ricky was commissioned by the North Texas Annual Conference and moved back to Texas to serve FUMC Decatur.

Sean Henderson, born in Arlington, TX, into a family of music enthusiasts, moved to Denton to attend the University of North Texas. His passion for music eventually led him to an opportunity to integrate himself into the local music scene. An offer came to play music at FUMC Denton, thereby introducing him to The United Methodist Church, which he now calls his faith home.

Though Patrick Steil’s position is part-time, his WHOLE heart is in it! He believes serving is where God has called him to be. His philosophy on Youth Ministry is simple: Laugh a lot. Love a lot. Tell them about our awesome God! (And of course model all this for them!)

Ashley Craven has worked with children of all ages for the past 5 years in licensed childcare facilities. She believes this is going to be an amazing journey for everyone.

Alea Peña loves serving as our church Nursery Coordinator. She brings 14 years of experience in elementary education to our program. She currently teaches 2nd Grade at Young Elementary in Decatur.
